You will most likely be waiting anything from 5-15 minutes over your appointment time to see the dentist but if your late by 8 Minutes the dentist will not see you.Honesty dental practice you need to be fair when patients are sat waiting over the given appointment time as I have waited over 5 minutes one time 15 minutes another and around 8 Minutes and this was just in the past month.I was late today 8 Minutes and the dentist did not bother to see myself as my gum shield needed fitting, well when the receptionist gave me my shield I did inform the receptionist that I would no longer be using Honesty dental practice when she asked me to come back on another day to have the gum shield adjusted.All I got in reply from her was that I understand that why you don't want to use Honesty dental practice.Well Honesty dental practice if the time of your dentist is precious so is the patients! I just so wish that when ever I was made to wait over my appointment time I had kicked a fuss instead off waiting quietly/respectfully.
Was really nervous about having work done, Richard was very methodical, explaining the procedure step by step, didn't rush and totally put my mind at easy. Very highly recommended! Thank you
This is a really great dental practice. The staff put you at ease and the surroundings are stylish. I needed a filling and was extremely nervous, but the process was pain free and, dare I say it, almost enjoyable!
