I have used Claire and Craig at Fentons after I had been else where for quotes and just didnt get the customer service I felt I deserved with the amount of money I was wanting to spend.Nothing is too much trouble for Claire, and Craig ... well his workmanship speaks for it self. I had a kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a cloak room fitted by Craig and his team. I am absolutely thrilled with it all! Every one of my friends always comment on my beautiful kitchen! And there always surprised at how much it cost as it look expensive but comes at reasonably cost. I would hesitate recommend these lovely company. They might be only small but they have a big heart! Cant recommed this little family run business enough. What a find! We went to a lot of showrooms and got several quotes so had a rough idea what we wanted (moved into a very run down house which needed complete renovation) we were just driving past and saw Fentons, which we didnt realise was there, so we popped in. Got chatting to Claire in the showroom, very welcoming and didnt feel the pressure we did in some places we went into. We were left to have a nosy around and a cuppa while we did so. Told Claire about our new home and the kitchen we were wanting. She showed us several samples and designs and we got booked in for a no obligation quote for a kitchen. Craig came around to do the measurements etc so he could give us a quote, we received the quote a few days later (we were a bit of a nightmare customer and changed our designs 4 times :-o, which meant that Claire and Craig had to keep redoing our quote, never phased them and they requoted). We decided to go ahead with the Fentons! Craig gave us a schedule of the planned work and it was all done to the schedule! We were so pleased with the workmanship and with the Fentons that we ended up having 2 bathrooms, 2 ensuites and a downstairs cloakroom done by them as well!
Well what can I say about this little business that would show you how well they do there kitchens. Claire in the showroom is fantastic and talks you through every little detail in depth. Nothing is too much and she goes above and beyond to make sure your happy with the design and the product. Craig workmanship is outstanding. I can not fault this guy from the day he showed up to the minute he left. He is polite, keeps the site clean, project manages it to the point where the only thing I had to do was keep the tea coming. Absolutely fantastic. When my kitchen was finished they then gifted me with a beautiful bunch of flowers. I wouldnt hesitate recommending this small family business. Absolutely 5 star. I will be returning for my bathrooms doing. Thank you Claire, Craig and team!
After two and a half months waiting for a quote following the site visit, 5 emails and two phone calls and even a personal visit to chase, no quote received. One can only hope the workmanship is better than the slack administration they demonstrate. If a company cannot be bothered to quote, they don't deserve my business.
