Lovely food...not just F&C
We had some really good fish and chips. Thees quite a selection available including Lunch specials and Senior meal deal. Cooked fresh and the batter was crispy and proper chips... Served with a the usual sides mushy peas or for a change coleslaw, curry sauce, gravy, peas etc. Good portion size and NOT greasy. Good pot of tea. We shall be back. We'll done Thank you

You tend to step back in time, when you go for fish and chips at Websters. The waiting staff in black and white, very traditional. You will find more than a fish and chip supper, steak pie, grilled and poached fish, boiled new potatoes and even tasty parsley sauce. There is a large blackboard with various specials on display to choose from. The service is quick, and unfussy l have been dining here, for a few years, it has to be said that the only times I've been dissatisfied are rare as hens teeth. It is great for families and groups, plus single diners alike. I can't recommend this restaurant enough.
Great for if you are wanting something quick and easy. Curry sauce and chips are decent and your never left waiting long! The only time ive had to wait is for a burger, but its worth the wait. Plus they tell you to order before if you want burgers so cant complain :)
