Katie Came out and fixed my problem there and then. Excellent service and price. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be using her services again. Pleasant change to have a reliable and efficient plumber.Please ignore this review......having had a big job carried out by Katie I have been totally disappointed by her professionalism. She didnt deliver what she promised. I was told it would take a week to replace my old bathroom .....this ran into 3 weeks. Constantly let me down, by not turning up or phoning to let me know! Promised to come back to rectify problems, again she hasnt fulfilled her obligations. I have had to get someone else to sort her mess out! DO NOT USE!!!
Came out when they said they would, fixed my problem so quickly she didn't even have time for the brew I made!You hear stories of plumbers making up expensive jobs when it's a simple solution like this, but she didn't. Highly recommended.
