Had a lovely stroll around the village and the local sports club / grounds. Looks like a very nicely kept club and cricket ground. The old building looks fabulous. Would have loved to have gone inside when it was open, for a couple of drinks and something to eat. Well, next time.

For the price you get everything you would need. A bit dated maybe but showers are strong and hot and the grounds are fine. Good for visiting the woolpack and good access to leeds to Liverpool canal.
Hi this is our 3rd time on this site,it's in a lovely area close to all amenities . Showers etc are kept clean & in good order. Nice bar reasonable prices. .Les & his wife make you welcome & are known to entertain guests in the bar with a few games which are fun & people get to know & talk to each other. Bob & Paul also makes everyone welcome.Plus the added bonus of been able to watch a local cricket match ,wonderful ! Hope to be back another yesr when we visit the UK from Spain.
