Absolutely appalling service this evening, over 30 minutes late. During that time I rang twice to see where the car was, no apology and each time lied to saying it would be 2 or 3 minutes. Will never use again. The one star is for the driver who got the full force of my dissatisfaction and was very apologetic
Last night at 11pm we were massively overcharged. Taxi from Dick Hudsons to Ilkley 22. This trip should have cost around 12. The drivers excuse was, he needed to drive back to Baildon. Before traveling with these guys get a fixed price.
Jimmy and co look after my taxi needs, always on time, polite, cant ask for any more!
